When you receive your order will depend on the type of product you purchase, how much you purchase, if your purchase includes multiple products, and where you live. USPS First Class mail typically takes between 1 and 5 business days to arrive at your address. FedEx Ground also takes 1 to 5 business days to arrive, but for the East Coast, Midwest, and South, your shipment should arrive within 3 days. FedEx Ground also deliveres on Saturdays, and in some select major cities, on Sundays. FedEx Express takes 2 days to arrive to most locations (excluding Sundays) and is shipped via air. For orders that are stuck in transit (usually that happens with USPS, not FedEx), we have to wait to see if the package will eventually arrive. If the package has not arrive after 10 days of being in transit, please reach out to us and we can try to figure out what is happening with your shipment. If the package says it was delivered, but you never received it, that is more difficult. We recognize that it is very possible that you did not receive your package, but per eBay rules, as long as we use an approved shipping carrier (like FedEx) and they say it has arrived, then unforutnately there is nothing we can do. It is very possible that someone has stolen your package or the shipping carrier placed your package in a difficult to find spot.
